Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. About CLOOTHE
CLOOTHE is an early-stage wardrobe product operated by Adrien de Oliveira in France. The public website introduces the product direction and lets visitors request private-preview updates. The product is not generally available yet.
2. Accepting these terms
By using the website or submitting information to the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use those services. You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist.
3. Waitlist and communications
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, a specific feature or a particular price. We may decide when, where and to whom a private preview is offered. You can ask us to stop contacting you or remove your information at any time.
4. Private tools and Google services
Any Google-connected SEO research tool is private and limited to an authorized CLOOTHE owner. It is used for read-only keyword research and is not offered as a service to the public. Access to Google services is also governed by the applicable Google terms and policies.
You must not attempt to access private tools, credentials, accounts or data without authorization, or use the website to interfere with Google services or any third-party system.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- probe, bypass or disrupt security or access controls;
- introduce malware, scrape the service at abusive rates or overload its infrastructure;
- misrepresent your identity or submit information you are not entitled to use; or
- copy or exploit CLOOTHE content, branding or software except where law expressly permits it.
6. Intellectual property
The website, CLOOTHE name, visual identity, text, images, interfaces and software are owned by CLOOTHE or used with permission. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to view and use the website for its intended purpose. They do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.
7. Product information and availability
The website may describe a product direction, prototypes or planned experiences. Unless we clearly say otherwise, visuals and descriptions are illustrative and are not a promise that a feature is available, technically complete or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change, postpone or discontinue any part of the product or preview.
8. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or rely on third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. CLOOTHE does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, except to the extent required by law.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The website and private previews are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that product concepts will launch as shown.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, CLOOTHE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or private tools.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect CLOOTHE, its users or third parties, to enforce these terms, or to comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. French courts will have jurisdiction where the law permits.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as CLOOTHE evolves. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes will receive additional notice where required.
Questions about these terms can be sent to deoliveira.adrien@gmail.com.
